Continuing along the spectrum of the District’s Master Plan, this bond addressed the consolidation of the remaining elementary schools and created usable space in the former middle school by updating and renovating it into the Performing Arts Center/Extend High School.
Commitment to the Master Plan was critical for the District to strategically address the needs of its facilities. Phasing multiple bond issues with intention allowed the District to remain financially healthy and limited the burden on taxpayers.
The layout for the elementary schools is organized by grade level with extended learning areas for common use by adjacent classrooms. Each center is also designed with the ability to accommodate additional sections in the future if the district experiences growth.
