While not to overshadow the rest of their skill sets, I believe that the Principals of Gravity::Works have a clear and distinct edge over many larger firms in one particular area—responsiveness and availability for the customer throughout the entire process. I cannot think of a time in which we as a district were not able to receive positive, timely, and accurate information or feedback, whether early in the design phase or as we were preparing to furnish the buildings. It is my belief that this level of customer service is often absent with larger firms that may involve many Principals and/or consultants.”
