Butler CC Andover 5000 Building

Andover, Kansas

This project was part of long-range Master Planning by BCC Administration and Gravity::Works in 2006. It was completed in four phases, allowing the College the ability to grow into their building as budget permitted. This multiphase renovation converted an industrial building into a one-stop shop for Butler’s Andover Campus.

Due to the 5000 Building’s size—a testament to Butler’s growth—wayfinding, student access, and small group space became critical to the Andover student experience. The design brings a cohesive and modern look to the classrooms, offices, Student Services and the Student Union.

Their team was well qualified, hard-working, and attentive. They provided, as well, access to an on-call architect who was always available for questions.”
