Celebrating the Wellington Community Building Ribbon Cutting

We were honored to join the City of Wellington and USD 353 to celebrate the ribbon cutting and open house for the new Wellington Community Building at Sellars Park. This project has been a true collaboration between the city and school district, and our team is proud to have partnered with them to bring this multipurpose space to life.

Designed with flexibility in mind, the new community building features three rooms that can be separated by overhead doors—allowing for a wide range of gatherings and special events. Each space is designed to be easily adaptable to the needs of the Wellington community.

A fully equipped serving kitchen adds to the functionality of the building, offering support for events of all sizes. The facility also includes dedicated team rooms for USD 353’s football program, providing players with a comfortable, convenient space on game days. In addition, new concession facilities enhance the overall experience for park visitors and fans.

Set in the heart of Sellars Park, the Wellington Community Building is not only a new venue for recreation and gathering—it’s a testament to what can be achieved through local collaboration and shared vision. We’re proud to have played a role in helping Wellington invest in its future and create a space that brings people together.
