Construction is officially underway on APAC-Kansas’ new facility at the Kansas Logistics Park in Newton.
Gravity::Works Architecture was proud to join APAC-Kansas and community partners in celebrating the project’s groundbreaking. As a part of the PEC team, we’re grateful for the opportunity to contribute to another project that supports the continued growth of manufacturing and industry in south-central Kansas.
The new facility will produce crushed limestone and aggregate materials to support APAC’s operations while supplying GAF’s nearby roofing manufacturing plant. APAC’s $22.7 million investment includes a 10,000-square-foot facility and is expected to create 23 new full-time jobs over its first three years.
As construction begins, the project takes another step toward supporting APAC’s continued investment in the region and the ongoing development of the Kansas Logistics Park.
